absolutely underwhelming. our room was frigid, with a dead cockroach lying about. i also ended up in a room without proper heating, while the pool was a neglected puddle. as a guest, i expected a room upgrade to compensate for all this nonsense, yet was treated like just another number. disappointed.

Would also have liked some better sound insulation. noise from the nearby party was distracting late into the night. Still, the location is fantastic, close to shopping and restaurants, making the stay more enjoyable. Overall, there were some minor hiccups, but the hospitality made it worth it.
